Refund Policy
If you request a refund before we begin working on your project, 100% of your payment will be refunded, excluding any applicable transaction fees.
You may also request a refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. In such cases, we will refund the remaining balance of your payment. However, any amount related to work already completed will not be refunded.
Please note that only the unutilized portion of your payment will be refunded.
If you have a specific issue and are requesting a full refund, you may submit a detailed refund request. We will evaluate your concern and make a fair and reasonable decision based on the circumstances.
Revision Policy
We offer unlimited revisions to ensure customer satisfaction. All revision requests are free of charge. However, if the number of pages or the scope of work exceeds the original request, additional charges may apply.
To qualify for free revisions:
- Requests must be made within 20 days of the delivery date for standard orders.
- For large or bulk orders, the revision request window extends up to 45 days.
If your request is submitted within the allowed time frame and falls within the original scope of the order, we will revise the work to meet the initial requirements at no extra cost.
After these timeframes have passed, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the completed work.
If a revision is being requested due to plagiarism, it must be accompanied by a detailed plagiarism report as evidence.
All revisions will be delivered based on the urgency of the original order, with 24 hours as the minimum turnaround time.
