- If a deadline is missed, we may upgrade the quality of the next submission as compensation.
- Revisions are allowed within 31 days of delivery. After this period, no revision or refund will be accepted.
- If work receives a failing grade, we do not issue refunds, but rework may be accepted if valid proof is provided within the one-month window.
- Writers are paid in advance, so cash refunds are limited and follow only the defined conditions.
